BYG was the Architect and Builder for renovation of the existing 5 story, 40,000 S.F. office building located in the heart of Denver's Cherry Creek North neighborhood. The original building was built in 1980 and was home to the Founders Company. At the time of its construction it was considered the premier office building in Cherry Creek. It was the owner's desire to return the building to its former glory. BYG worked closely with the owner to complete the project on a very tight schedule.
