This project was designed as a true mixed use urban design solution with a variety of retail, residential and office components packaged into a contemporary single phased project. This intergrated design offered its occupancy a true live/work opportunity with convienent retail, parking and energy efficient "green" design with rooftop gardens, sun shades, and daylighting. The proposed project was comprised of 15,000 S.F. of retail, 90,000 S.F. of office and over 100 residential units.
