This 22 acre site situated in a Northeast Denver neighborhood is rich with history, both architecturally and otherwise. The campus is filled with turn of the century architecture in a Mediterranean Revival style that forms a formal geometry infilled with 1970's single story buildings. BYG was assigned with a complete facilities strategic plan which resulted in a 100 year plan to proactively plan the campus in the same character and level as it was originally intended. George Clayton, the campus Founder, established a trust fund for the non-profit Clayton Foundation whose mission is to provide early childhood educational services and training. Land planners from EDAW consulted with BYG to design the ongoing master plan.
