This unique project is located in the heart of Denver adjacent to City Park. The 8.3 acre property, site of the former Mercy Hospital, is one of the largest urban infill projects in the city.

The development will consist of approximately 1,000,000 square feet of residential units with enclosed parking structures. Current plans include high-rise towers overlooking City Park and views of the Denver skyline and mountains to the west.

Along the perimeter of the project, the high-rises will be surrounded by mid- and low-rise structures that blend into the fabric of the neighborhood creating a pedestrian-friendly street experience. Building designs will take inspiration from the mix of historical styles and materials of the surrounding neighborhood.
