Located at 17th and Downing Streets in Denver, the design of this new 44 unit, 72,849 square foot condominium project was based on the traditional principles of the courtyard building.

This project was designed with a landscaped courtyard and open walkways to each of the units. As a result, each unit with an average square footage of 1,244 has windows on a minimum of two sides enhancing the ventilation and light into the individual units.

The curved walls provide the owner with a modern plan within the context of a traditional building. The detailing of the building’s exterior is based on the Denver Square with its brick and stucco skin, continues our commitment to design that is both urban and has an aesthetic longevity.
