Fiddlers Green Village creates an attractive urban village in what has historically been a suburban environment of Greenwood Village. The first phase of this transit oriented development melds 2 existing office buildings, 6 buildings combining 193 residential condominiums and 57,000 square feet of retail space and over 2,000 structured parking spaces that serve the project as well as RTD commuter parking.
