The renovation of the Grand Lodge in Mt. Crested Butte consisted of cosmetic enhancements to 247 individual hotel rooms and all circulating corridors. The work consisted of new wood trim, paint, flooring, lighting and furnishings. In addition new kitchenettes were enhanced in 120 units averaging 475 S.F. Each unit was offered as a for-sale product in four distinct floor plans. The renovation of all units was achieved in 75 days. Many of the public areas were also remodeled including the lobby, front desk, restaurant, spa and several exterior areas. |
