This
3+ Acre site located just on the edge of the retail core of Downtown
Longmont has been a much studied and underutilized resource for
this Colorado agricultural based town. The site, besides its historic
resource of the Flour mill building is also poised to become a commuter
rail station candidate by 2010. BYG was selected from over 20 submittals
to provide site utilization studies, market analysis, proforma and
finance options along with schematic design for the site and some
of the surrounding parcels. Land Planning experts from EDAW consulted
with BYG to come up with a variety of land use solutions.
