This project consisted of renovating approximately 3,000 square feet of existing office space located on the second level of the Burger Building and the Sussex Building at Larimer Square.
The newly designed space houses the corporate offices of the Larimer Group, which is responsible for managing the revitalization, adaptive reuse and maintenance of the Larimer Square properties.
The goal for the design of these new offices was to create an environment that empowers the human inhabitants to feel the strength and character of a rich, vintage space that has managed to react, adapt to, assimilate and survive the intrusion of past renovations throughout the years.
