The project consists of thirty-three "affordable", for-sale condominiums in a four-story building with associated parking at grade below the units. The project serves as the afforable component for the other residential units constructed during the redevelopment of the old Mercy Hospital site and is located adjacent to the site on a 15,000 square foot lot. The building was designed in accordance with the City Park South design guidelines so that it would compliment the residential character of the surrounding neighborhood. A generous use of masonry and a street-friendly building base that screens the at grade parking are examples of these design considerations.
