A total renovation and tenant finish project of over 16,000 square feet within a historic structure in Denver's Lower Downtown on Old Larimer Square. The project converted aging retail and office uses into an updated single tenant office use with a soaring three-story atrium, upgraded finishes and lighting throughout. The tenant's need for increased square footage within a bustling historic district was accomplished with sensistivity and attention to budget.
