Located in the Greenwood Village along Fiddlers Green Circle, this five-star hotel will fill a need in the southeast corridor of Denver, providing hotel and amenity spaces to support local businesses. The hotel will be located down the street from the Coors Amphitheatre, world class shopping and the new Southeast Corridor Arapahoe light-rail station. This project will include 180 guest rooms and suites, public amenity spaces and 15 privately owned residential condominiums. Resident parking will be available below grade. A signature restaurant prominently located on the corner of the building will provide service to hotel guests as well as the general public.
