John Yonushewski, FAIA is one of the founding partners of Buchanan Yonushewski Group; an integrated architecture and construction firm, specializing in Architect-led, single source project delivery. John has been practicing designbuild for over 30 years and has to his credit a variety of design awards and national publications. John prides himself on the fine balance of the "art of architecture" blended with the cost effectiveness of quality development and construction.

John has a broad range of architectural and construction experience, from custom single family residential, large-scale adaptive reuse, to highrise residential projects. Mr. Yonushewski's expertise lies in the creation of buildings that have a strong basis in design integration yet are value driven solutions that perform well on many different levels.
